  • In the morning you will have briefing and the day ahead will be explained to you.
  • You will receive health and safety training.
  • Then you will be introduced to the tank you will be driving.
  • You will meet all of the soldiers who will be accompanying you and training you.
  • They will show you all of the controls and then let you loose on the 42 ton tank.
  • You will be able to drive around the course and also crush a family saloon car.
  • At the end of the day you will be given a certificate to commemorate your day.

How much does the day cost?

Depending on what extras you once that prices start from just under £200, this will include all of your training and lunch and also refreshments.

Also for an extra £30 per head you can also invite spectators along and this also includes food refreshments and some light activities.

Who is tank driving for?

Anyone can join armed forces tank driving, but you do have to be over 12 years old and the minimum height is five foot.
